CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT?
As per our Terms and Conditions, if you cancel your booking, or fail to arrive, you will lose your fee.
You may not reschedule your appointment with less than 5 days notice as we will not be able to re-sell your slot.
If you have to reschedule your appointment more than 5 days in advance, you must email us at jackie.howardjones@gmail.com with your alternative and preferred dates and we will reschedule your appointment if we have availability. We will not accept requests for rescheduling other than by email.
IF WE NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE
If there are Met Office Severe Weather Warnings, Covid Restrictions or we judge the ground conditions unrideable (eg due to frost) then we will contact you and offer (at our discretion) new dates to you.
